You may return the unused product for exchange or refund by mail within 15 days of the receipt date. All purchases returned will receive a full refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We are sorry that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Shipping charges will apply for any refused packages.

We suggest using a tracking service to ensure that your package is delivered back. Cuccio is not responsible for items that are not received or damaged in transit.
